Our Management Team

President & CEO - Raymond Prema

Our CEO is well versed in the property management industry with over 35 years of experience. He is a leader at CHMC who has also held the CFO position for 24 years. His background in financial accounting has uniquely positioned him to capture the big picture of each asset, from initial applicant qualification all the way through agency reporting and budgeting and other goals of property owners. His vision is to provide tailored services that allow ease of workflow by streamlining processes, improving technology and nurturing client relationships.


Chief Financial Officer - Matthew Jennings

Our Chief Financial Officer is a seasoned Real Estate Financial Accountant, who oversees our Accounting & Reporting Department. He reviews all Operating Reports to insure clear, accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis, as well as preparing operating budgets and handling annual financial audits.


Director of Operations - Cindy Mauro

Our Director of Operations is an experienced, hands-on professional who oversees our Property Managers with a watchful eye on necessary repairs and maintenance of your property as well as maintaining good tenant relations. Leading a team of seasoned Property Managers with the mindset that our properties must remain in “inspection-ready” condition at all times, our team takes a proactive approach to up-keeping the functionality and appearance of our properties. 


Director of Occupancy & Compliance - Elvira Quintero Barroso

Our Director of Occupancy & Compliance is knowledgeable on HUD guidelines as well as the ins and outs of complex LIHTC rules and regulations. Our Director will ensure that your property remains in compliance with the IRS regulations and various agency reporting requirements as well as qualifying applicants and doing annual income certifications.
